Time Out says
It’s been three years since the opening of Perennial Virant, chef Paul Virant’s Lincoln Park restaurant run in partnership with Boka Group. His flagship restaurant, Vie, is celebrating its ten-year anniversary. But both spots are upscale, a bit pricy, and not particularly kid-friendly. Vistro aims to change all that, while sticking to Virant’s farm-to-table ethos. Expect comfort food staples like meatloaf, fried chicken and pizza.
