Quinta da Alorna

D. José I was the Portuguese king when this property was established, almost 300 years ago. The rigorous care of the marquises of Alorna, D. João and D. Leonor (the first pre-romantic Portuguese writer) enhanced it. In the left bank of the Tagus, near Almeirim, there are 220 hectares of vineyards which you can visit, with customisable programs.
