A shopping mall like the Embaixada asked for a real restaurant and Miguel Castro e Silva knew, with Gin Lovers, that explores the space, to find the right formula for this imposing interior patio. You can use it for lunch alone with a plate of risotto of cepes with crunchy pancetta and sautéed shitaki; for a meal for two, and split a salmon tartar with mascarpone and green apple and some pork gyosas from Alentejo; or join all your friends and ask almost the whole menu (it's short).
Perfect for: al fresco lunch on a 40-degree summer day.
Must try: the pumpkin ravioli baked with almonds.
