Chef Kiko Martins has here a mix of the best of the sea and the best of the land all together. If you're just passing through, try the cozido à portuguesa (Portuguese stew) and anchovies croquettes, a gastronomic experience by itself, black pork and shrimp spring rolls or the pork belly and shrimp mini-sandwiches. There are also ceviches from the chef's other restaurant in Príncipe Real (A Cevicheria), like white fish ceviche with pork popcorn, or dishes created especially for Surf & Turf, such as roasted octopus with chorizo or the Lisbon cod with ham.
