Marisa Cerqueira, one of the former owners of Dinastia Tang, opened a traditional Japanese food restaurant with a modern twist in Saldanha. The menu was designed and crafted by a Brazilian chef-consultant with Japanese descent, and has not just sushi but also katsu donburi or hot dishes such as nabe-yaki udon, a hot broth with udon pasta. For dessert, they have Japanese mochis. All this served in a space that wants to be minimalist, with the black background contrasting in harmony with the light tones of the woods of the tables, and a cherry blossom in the middle of the room.
