Time Out says

BBC Asian Network presenter and comedian Parle Patel hosts this free Diwali celebration at the National Maritime Museum. Curated by South Asian arts collective COMMONGROUND&, it features a host of intergenerational activities, from jewellery-making workshops with Anisha Parmar and cookery classes with chef and author Mira Manek to performances from dancer Usha Jey and sitar-playing singer and digital artist BISHI and Celebrated South Asian musical collective Daytimers will be spinning tunes too, and it all leads up to a lantern parade in the grounds of the Old Royal Naval College as darkness falls, followed and a magnificent Diwali light show designed by BISHI and projected onto the front of Queen’s House. It’s gonna be lit.
