A selection of stunning of manuscripts depicting saints and martyrs (and the miracles and torture for which they are known) from the Getty's extensive collection will be on display at through March 2. The manuscripts show the saints' benevolence and tolerance, often depicting the miracles they performed in exquisite color. You'll also get a decent serving of gruesome medieval art—martyrs are martyrs for a reason.
