In a video installation tailor-made for LA, local artist Bia Gayotto held an open call to film and interview people in order to shed light on how they respond to living in between two or more cultures and places. See multicultural LA residents who live along Route 66 open their doors to life in fourteen different neighborhoods, from Pasadena to Santa Monica. The exhibition offers a unique depiction of LA's multilayered consciousness, juxtaposing cityscapes with domestic life.
