Don't miss out on a chance to see more than eighty great works of art (and maybe take one home?) at the CalArts Art Benefit and Auction, where all the pieces are by California-based, CalArts/Chouinard artists, and have all been donated by CalArts alumni, faculty, and friends. Walead Beshty, Tony Oursler, and John Baldessari (the event funds his new namesake building at CalArts, along with student scholarships) are just a few of the artists being featured, but you can also check out some more works being available for purchase online on Artsy and via the Artsy iPhone app through April 19. But if you've got your eye on that Rodney McMillian piece, you better hurry—after their showing at Regen Projects through March 8, all the works travel to New York before being sold at auction at Christie's in May.
