Christmas in July at the Mermaid

Pining for sweater weather right about now? Get a chilly taste of the holidays at Little Tokyo’s the Mermaid, which is hosting a Christmas in July menu. From July 25 through 31, swing by the women-owned and operated nautical-themed bar for four festive cocktails (from left to right in the photo above): Papa Noel’s Xmas Cooler, a mix of mescal, hibiscus agua fresca and prosecco; Blue Xmas, with vodka, blue curacao, lemon and prosecco; Grasshopper, a dark chococlate sea salt liqueur with creme de menth and creme de cacao with heavy cream; and Tis The Season, a whiskey coffee drink with cinnamon and toasted pecan bitters .
