Eat your drink with Matthew Biancaniello

You may have had omakase, but have you ever subbed out the sushi for cocktails? We thought not. Matthew Biancaniello, one of LA's most revered cocktail gurus, is teaming up with Miss Chiffonade's Emily Han for a 15-course (yes, you read that right) omakocktail (yes, you also read that right), where he will present his greatest cocktail hits from the past two years. If you're thinking that 15 courses of cocktails will knock you on your ass, there will be a three-course Chaya dinner to soak up some of that alcohol.
