There's a new kombucha delivery service to quench your fermentation fervor

Do we even have to physically go to the store anymore? Between DoorDash, Munchery, Amazon Prime, Drizly, Blue Apron and more, you can have everything from a steak dinner to Q-tips delivered to your doorstep. It was only a matter of time, then, that LA's unofficial beverage of choice—kombucha—is now just a subscription away.

Enter Finzi: a just-about-to-launch kombucha delivery service that curates bottles of the fermented beverage from a variety of kombucha companies across the country. Subscribers are presented with a Finzi Motif—a unique selection of 7, 14 or 21 bottles—that arrive every week, every other week, every third week or every fourth week, depending on your subscription plan. Prices range from $42 to $99.

The LA-based service was founded by Paul Cristo and Jessie Reider, two kombucha fans who were fed up with driving around LA to find their favorite brands. They started the company in order to bring attention to lesser-known kombucha breweries—and, of course, to satisfy the kombucha cravings of thirsty Angelenos. Finzi's first delivery will take place on Sunday, September 25, but you can already sign up for a subscription on their site

Kombucha brands include Curly Wolf, Kevita, Better Booch, Wild Tonic and a host of other fizzy varieties, though Finzi is constantly on the lookout for other brands to feature. Make your own kombucha? Finzi might consider your homegrown brand if they dig what they sip.
