Vincent Gallo and Béatrice Dalle star in Trouble Every Day—a moodily erotic, lyrically horrific and unsettling take on the vampire myth, where the couple finds their Paris honeymoon ruined by his bloodthirsty urges. The grainy cinematography and original music from indie band Tindersticks perfectly complement the mood. Director Claire Denis' 2001 French-language film was recently rereleased in a new 35mm print. Catch it at one of four weekend showings at the New Beverly Cinema.
