The Strand House kicks off the 2013 lineup of its Culinary Masters Series with Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina, founder and executive chef, respectively, of LA's beloved Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza. The two James Beard-recognized chefs, in conjunction with Strand Executive Chef Greg Hozinsky, will whip up a five-course dinner for guests. Take in the restaurant's ocean views while dining on inspired Italian dishes, from a buffalo mozzarella appetizer with crushed lemon bagna cauda to the salty-sweet butterscotch budino for dessert.
