National Caviar Day

Straighten your cravat and string on your pearls—July 18 is National Caviar Day, and the fine people at Petrossian Boutique & Restaurant expect nothing less than luxe. Beginning at 7:30pm, Petrossian will host a tasting of their most elevated caviar from around the world. Pair your choice of champagne, vodka or white wine with seven courses of caviar-centric fare. The entire evening will set you back $125, but if you're interested in less of a fête and more of a free sample, stop by during the day for complimentary caviar bites.
