After making Jonathan Gold's 101 best restaurants list for several years and earning a five-star rating from Forbes, Melisse is celebrating its 15th anniversary with founder and Michelin-starred chef Josiah Citrin. Joining him is a cast of alumni from his kitchen, including Brendan Collins (Waterloo & City), Katie Weiner and John Hong (The Restaurant at Meadowood) and Nyesha Arrington. The dinner, which consists of five courses featuring seafood dishes like Japanese yellowtail, abalone and salmon, as well as a red velvet dessert, will be prepared by Chef Josiah's protégés.
