The Science of Pie

Cut yourself a delectable piece of pie from Chefs Christina Tosi and Zoe Nathan's presentation about dessert.  Undergraduate students from UCLA's Science and Food course will be presenting their findings, as well as delight audience members with live tastings of apple pies. The discussion will heat up, as their final projects will be judged by the esteemed chef presenters themselves, Jonathan Gold and UCLA professors Andrea Kasko and Sally Krasne. A limited number of tickets will be given for free to UCLA students at the Central Ticketing Office. Event will take place at Covel Commons at UCLA. Tickets are $25.
