Vegan Juneteenth BBQ Celebration

Dig into a delicious meal, enjoy good company and learn about an important issue all at once at this upcoming dinner by Urban Dinner Socials. This traveling vegan gastropub is bringing a Texas-style BBQ to LA for the 150th anniversary of Juneteenth, which celebrates the 1863 Emancipation Proclamation. Guests sitting together at a long communal table will be treated to a fitting presentation by Survivors’ Truths activist Dove Pressnall about emancipation and freedom.
