Beaty Heart

What started as an art school fancy has blossomed into expansive chamber pop, with hints of both Disney soundtracks and Talking Heads. Beaty Heart consists of four rhythmic youngsters from London, who, in a battle against being pigeonholed as "tribal," describe their sound as "psychedelic drum pop." The group's upcoming debut album, "Mixed Blessings," should boast all the kaleidoscopic psychedelia we've heard from them so far.
