Tired Pony

Snow Patrol frontman and occasional Angeleno Gary Lightbody gathers his friends from REM, Belle & Sebastian and The Minus 5, plus producer Jacknife Lee, for a transatlantic supergroup, Tired Pony. With two albums of mellow Americana-pop inthe can, The Place We Ran From back in 2010 and this year's The Ghost of the Mountain, the group slides onto the road with plenty of lap steel and warm, pleasant vocal harmonies.
