The James Beard Award-winning chef behind Broken Spanish and B.S. Taqueria is heading to Los Feliz, bringing his vibrant, beautiful modern-Mexican cuisine to Atrium for a one-night-only pop-up. If you miss it, you'll miss out on à la carte dishes such as tostadas with short rib, cumin crema and onion; mussels with tamarind, coconut vinegar, and seeded pullman bread; and agave-brined fried chicken with buttermilk biscuits and sorghum—to name just a few.
Mix and match Garcia's plates, which will range from $8 to $24, or add in a few of Atrium chef Hunter Pritchett's dishes from the regular menu. (We have a feeling Atrium's exquisite carne asada carpaccio would go perfectly with anything off Garcia's pop-up menu. Just a suggestion.)
