Get a taste of the finer things when Tokyo's premier wagyu dealer pops up in Phillip Frankland Lee's Woodley Proper. Wagyumafia co-founder Hisato Hamada designed a meaty old-fashioned and gourmet beef jerky for the occasion, with some mixology help from Japanese cocktail king Shingo Gokan of The SG Club: an old-fashioned built with a wagyu-fat-washed rye bourbon as its base, and garnished with meat. Of course if you're looking for more snacks, there'll also be Wagyumafia jerky, made from Grand Prix Kobe 2017 beef (which is valued at $100,000 per cow). Go on and give yourself a midweek treat. You've earned it.
