It's winter, and while you're probably firing up your home's heating system, you should also be firing up your grill. On Saturday chi SPACCA's seasonal grilling class returns, and this time chef Ryan DeNicola will teach you how to season, sear and char meat to perfection in a cooking lesson that includes a full lunch with wine pairings. Watch and learn—and then taste—dishes such as porcini-rubbed beef short ribs with salsa verde; pork blade chop with smoked jalepeño and apple cider syrup; and baby parsnips with honey, thyme and garlic. We're entering "cuffing season," after all—seems like a great time to hone your impressive-cooking skills.
