Nerdy cookbook lovers and foodies assemble to meet Rene Redzepi (of Danish restaurant Noma fame) as he stops in Los Angeles for two days for books signings and talks. His book, A Work in Progress: Recipes, Journal, Snapshots provides an honest account of a year in one of the World’s Best Restaurant in three parts—recipes, a journal and candid photographs.
