Nerdy cookbook lovers and foodies assemble to meet Rene Redzepi (of Danish restaurant Noma fame) as he stops in Los Angeles for two days for books signings and talks. His book, A Work in Progress: Recipes, Journal, Snapshots provides an honest account of a year in one of the World’s Best Restaurant in three parts—recipes, a journal and candid photographs. While Redzepi will only be signing books at Williams-Sonoma on Thursday, attend the talk on Friday at Book Soup on Sunset for even more culinary insights. The $60 hardback collection will be available at both signing locations.
