You Haven't Lived Until You Die: Perspectives on the End of Life

The SMMoA continues its Collection of Ideas lecture series with a decidely macabre theme. This panel discussion, titled "You Havent Lived Until You Die: Perspectives on the End of Life" approaches it's almost-taboo topic candidly but thoughtfully. Speakers will include Tim Tattu, an artist and registered nurse at Cedars Sinai, and Rie Nørregaard, the founder and CEO of design company Omhu, which makes items to help the elderly. Hear their first-hand insight into the inevitable process of aging and dying gracefully, with a dash of American culture thrown in.
