This thing has been years in the making and we can’t wait for you to finally taste the delicious results. There will be 18 kitchens for you to choose from, which you can learn more about here.
Just trust us when we say these places are among the cities best. And we know that because we’ve tried every single one (so many times we’ve lost count). Our editorial team spent years eating and eating (and arguing) and then eating some more before we set out to recruit our Miami food dream team. Now we can proudly show you the results: Kush, Coyo Taco, Norman Van Aken, Jeremy Ford, Wabi Sabi by Shuji, Azucar and that doesn’t even cover half the options.
So now do you get why we can’t stop talking about it? We just want to be extra, extra sure you stop by ASAP, especially because the first 50 people to arrive on Thursday morning (doors open at 8am!) get their own Time Out Market mug. So don’t run on Miami time. Oh, and bring your appetite.
