The Pinnacle Guide has added a selection of new bars from across the planet to its one-PIN and two-PIN lists – have you drank at any?

It was around this time in 2024 when we reported that the Pinnacle Guide, the bar world’s answer to a Michelin-style accolade, had launched, and since then, two rounds of PINNED bars have been announced.
The three-PIN category is still solely represented by Lyaness, a multi-award winning bar in London’s Sea Containers Hotel owned by mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana and known for its scientific use of ingredients.
Recommended: This Mexico City bar has just been named the best in the world.
However, 31 bars have been newly pinned across the Pinnacle Guide’s one and two-PIN lists, including the Little Red Door in Paris, a little speakeasy-style spot in La Marais that usually has a themed cocktail menu on the go. You can read more about Little Red Door in our review.
The Little Red Door joins five other bars awarded two PINs, while 25 bars have been added to the one-PIN list. That includes Hanky Panky, a retro-chic members-only bar in Mexico City, and The Diplomat, a swish craft cocktail bar in Hong Kong. Read on for all the new entries.
