Jonathan Monk, "Your Name Here"

Time Out says

Monk, a British artist, is something of a Conceptual jokester, and often repurposes the work of other artists for his own aims. This show, for example, features a series he began three years ago: a kind of warped homage to Ed Ruscha's classic 1967 photo series, "Twentysix Gasoline Stations" (taken on a road trip from L.A. to Ruscha's home state, Oklahoma). Monk hired an airbrush artist to paint those very same images on car hoods hung on the wall à la Richard Prince. Also on view: marble headstones with "your name here" chiseled in a variety of fonts.
