"Richard Serra Drawing: A Retrospective"

Time Out says

Serra isn't known only for his big, bad sculptures resembling skate parks; since the 1970s, he's been creating huge drawings on unstretched linen or sheets of paper in which solid geometric shapes have been rubbed into the surface using oil stick (a lot of oil stick; he must go through cases of the stuff). This show brings together some 60 examples for a comprehensive look—the first of its kind—at this less-familiar aspect of the artist's oeuvre.
