Zak Kitnick

Kitnick presents two interrelated bodies of works that reflect on the aesthetics of information: a series of found framed colored posters featuring food items (mushrooms, peaches, loaves of bread, chili peppers) encyclopedically grouped according to type; plus sculptures made from parts of industrial steel shelving. The latter are stacked in flattened arrangements, set into the gallery walls.
