Salvatore Sciarrino’s La bocca, i piedi, il suono

Make Music New York. One of the festival's most interesting items is Italian modernist Sciarinno's piece for saxophone quartet (plus 100 additional saxophonists who roam around). The Project Fusion quartet will handle the solo parts, while volunteer reed players (young and old alike) will circulate in and around the audience at Columbia University's Low Library rotunda.
