One Step Beyond: DJ Rashad + DJ Spinn + Nick Catchdubs

Tonight's edition of the museum's long-running series of nighttime soirees, held in the shadow of the Hayden Planetarium, looks to be another great one, musically speaking. DJ Rashad is the Chicago footwork provocateur who released the highly acclaimed 2013 album Double Cup on the Hyperdub label; his frequent booth partner, DJ Spinn, has been one of footwork's leading decksmiths since the ’90s; and Nick Catchdubs is the coleader of the much-loved Fool's Gold imprint.
