She's playing a big New Year's Eve party in Philly, but that won't stop Nicole Moudaber—the Drumcode recording artist known for banging out machine-tooled sets of dark tribal techno—from heading up the turnpike to kick off 2014 with a bang. Well, lots of bangs, really—she can pound it out with the best of ’em. The opening set comes from Berlin's Tom Peters, a DJ known for making and playing house music that's dreamy and a touch melancholic—but we have a feeling he'll be dropping a throbbier kind of sound at this affair.
