Miguel Gutierrez presents Deep Aerobics, a participatory performance workout he conceived in 2007 that is designed for audience members to watch or to participate in. It's described as more of a "movement" than a show: "It is one-hour-plus of the communal/political/conceptual/imaginational workout experience you always wanted but could never embarrass yourself enough to find or do in public."
