Time Out says

Consider this annual fest Brooklyn's must-see indie film event for the younger set. Sixty-five international films will be screened, from Finland's feature-length Moomins and the Comet Chase and Japan's Light of the River to shorts like The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog, based on a book by Mo Willems. Also on tap are Q&As with some of the filmmakers, hands-on activities and live performances, including two interactive sets by Brooklyn's own Jon Samson, of CoCreative Music (Feb 5; noon, 2pm; $7). Ages 2 to 11.
