Catch Gereon Wetzel's much-anticipated documentary, El Bulli: Cooking in Progress, during Film Forum's exclusive two-week engagement. The film follows avant-garde chef Ferran Adrià and his team as they craft a 30-plus-course menu at his world-famous restaurant, El Bulli. Notable alums George Mendes, Otger Campas and Dave Arnold, respectively, will be present July 27, July 30 and Aug 3 for a postscreening Q&As.
