The duo will discuss nutrition, floating crumbs and other challenges of extra-planetary dining. Attendees can sample some aeronautic dishes—like sweet-and-sour chicken, a mango-peach smoothie and garbanzo-bean burgers—and learn a few recipes to take to their earthly dwellings.
