Beer and Ice-Cream Pairing

Fans of the Hoegaarden and Framboise-flavored ice creams at Wafels & Dinges will love this guided tasting at Top Hops Beer Shop. Indulge in a flight of four beer-and-ice-cream combos, such as gianduja with Wells Banana Bread Beer, vanilla with Allagash Curieux (aged in bourbon barrels) and espresso with Young’s Double Chocolate Stout. Van Leeuwen co-owner Laura O’Neill and Stephanie Bennett of Union Beer (Gotham’s biggest craft-beer distributor) will field questions while they scoop and pour.
