Foodie mag Bon Appétit leads this culinary pilgrimage to Brooklyn, hitting some of Kings County’s top destinations over three days. Nab a weekend pass ($250) or pick among Carroll Gardens (four stops; Fri 1 6–10pm; $90), Williamsburg (five stops; Sat 2 4–11pm; $120) and Red Hook (five stops; Sun 3, 11:30am–4pm; $100) for a jam-packed day of tastings, tours and demonstrations. Highlights include meat and pickle samplings with Mile End’s Noah Bernamoff, foraged cocktails at Allswell, sugary sweets from Kim Ima’s Treats Truck and a live concert by indie-pop band Wakey!Wakey! at the Knitting Factory on Saturday (9–11pm; concert only $30).
