Highway to Help

Barcade and Sixpoint join forces for this fund-raising bar crawl through all three Barcade locations: Brooklyn, Jersey City and Philadelphia. No designated driver is needed, as a chartered bus will depart from the Brooklyn bar at 2pm and return at midnight. You'll get ten five-ounce pours at each stop, with the possibility of tasting 26 different Sixpoint brews in total. Also included: Dinner at the bar in Philly, as well as Sixpoint cans and treats on the bus. The event kicks off a special series at Barcade, during which you can find limited rereleases of retired Sixpoint styles from 2004 and 2005. In total seven brews will be reincarnated over the next 12 months; try SMP and East Coast Amber on the crawl, then look out for Rebellion in February and Abigale in April. Proceeds from the event benefit food banks in all three cities, including Brooklyn Rescue Mission.
