Competitors from all over the globe will prepare dishes in five regional Chinese styles—Szechuan, Shandong, Cantonese, Huaiyangand Northeastern—in mobile, open-air kitchens. Watch the action for free or shell out for a VIP ticket, which gets you primo seating and food samples. The 15 winning chefs will prepare a ten-course banquet at Pier 60 on Sun 3 ($275).
