My Sweet Mexico

South of the Border sweets are the focus of this lecture and tasting. Pastry chef and author Fany Gerson (Eleven Madison Park, Rosa Mexicano) will discuss the history of Mexican desserts and demonstrate her own modern spins on classics (think chocolate, hazelnut and caramel cake spiked with tequila cream). After the talk, you can taste the results and take home the recipes.
