Pre-Industrial Dinner

Dine like our 1800s forebears at the Farm on Adderley, which offers this throwback meal prepared without electricity or refrigeration. Chef Tom Kearney will employ preindustrial techniques like curing, pickling and smoking to create a four-course spread; a glass of wine or a pint is available for $6.
