Join Saveur editor Gabriella Gershenson as she chats with cookbook author June Feiss Hersh about Recipes Remembered, a new volume that combines Holocaust survivors’ stories with photos and recipes. Each personal account has an associated recipe that reflects the survivor's regional cuisine; some were penned by the survivors themselves, others contributed by guest chefs including Daniel Boulud and Ina Garten. The author will be signing books ($36) following the talk; all proceeds benefit the Museum of Jewish Heritage.
