Time Out says

If you can't fly to Pamplona for the cattle stampede, head to the West Village for Las Ramblas's annual eight-day tribute to this adrenaline-fueled Spanish tradition. Although there won't be any live bulls to dodge, the giant hanging photo of the charging taurus "Paco" is sure to get you in the spirit. You'll find the flavors of Spain's Navarra region on the special tapas menu, with plates such as stuffed piquillo peppers in béchamel ($11) and txistorra sausage wrapped in puff pastry ($8). Wash it all down with zurracapote, a rosé infused with peach, lemon and cinnamon (glass $9, pitcher $27). Come dressed in the white and red of a traditional San Ferminero (bull runner) for a free glass of imported rosé from Navarra.
