After a sold-out collaboration dinner in San Francisco, haute-foraging toques Joshua Skenes (San Francisco's Saison) and Matthew Lightner (Atera) take on the East Coast. For this tag-team tasting, Skenes—a Food & Wine best new chef—will bring back plates that helped him earn two Michelin stars, including roasted Monterey Bay abalone and pine mushrooms grilled over a bed of shrubs. Lightner will also revive some hit dishes, all paired with wines courtesy of Atera sommelier Scott Cameron.
