Late sleepers who usually miss out on Aquavit's buffet brunch can now enjoy a Scandinavian smorgasbord at suppertime. The Viking-friendly spread includes herring, salmon, seafood, a meat-carving station, salads, hot food, Scandinavian cheeses and desserts.
