TNT: TY KU Sake

Louis 649's free Tuesday Night Tasting series returns, this week focusing on sake. Tara Fougner from TY KU will chat about rice styles, production methods and fermentation techniques. Attendees can taste TY KU’s Black junmai ginjo and Silver junmai neat and in a special sangria, mixed with fresh fruit and agave nectar. Show up early to take advantage of happy-hour specials such as martinis ($9), beer ($3) and half-off wine bottles between 5 and 7pm.
