2014 New York Korean Music Festival

The Asia Society spotlights a pair of traditional Korean music forms during this two-night fest. On Apr 11, you'll hear from four practitioners of the solo form known as sanjo (the term means "scattered melody," which we like the sound of!), and on Apr 12, dramatic vocalist Lim Hyeun-bin performs in the pansori style.
