Broken Bells + The Morning Benders

Broken Bells is the hot new band pairing Danger Mouse, who can do little wrong these days, with Shins singer James Mercer. While it's not as "super" as the supergroup label might suggest, "The High Road" from their self-titled debut is undeniably hook-laden and smooth. Tonight the band will join sizzling indie-rock quartet the Morning Benders, a group whose sunny-yet-complex pop songs on their starkly pretty Big Echo have carried the band into the domestic press limelight.
